01Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company details, phone number, and email address when you register for an account, book a demo, or contact our team. We also collect information generated through your use of the platform, including property listings, lead and client records, and team activity logs you create inside Listing360.
Where relevant to your account setup, we may collect identity verification details (such as CPR or trade license information) required to operate compliantly as a real estate platform in Bahrain and the wider GCC. We also automatically collect limited technical information — device type, browser, IP address, and general usage patterns — to keep the platform secure and reliable.
02How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Listing360 platform, including managing your listings, leads, contracts, and team accounts. We also use it to respond to support requests, send service-related notifications, and communicate about product updates you’ve opted into.
Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how the platform is used so we can improve features, performance, and reliability over time. We do not use your customer or listing data to train unrelated third-party models.
03Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service: with hosting and infrastructure providers who store and process data on our behalf, and with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger when you choose to connect and use those channels through our messaging features.
When you choose to use payment features, relevant transaction data is shared with our payment processing partners to complete and verify payments. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Listing360, our customers, or the public.
04Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine monitoring — to protect information stored on the platform against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data handling practices are designed with applicable Bahrain and GCC data protection expectations in mind.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and notify affected customers in a timely manner.
05Data Retention
We retain account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. When you close your account, we provide an opportunity to export your data before it is deleted in line with our standard retention practices.
06Your Rights
Depending on your account role and applicable local practice, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Account administrators can manage most of this directly within the platform’s settings.
- Request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
To exercise any of these rights, reach out using the contact details below.
07Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember basic preferences (such as your language setting), and understand how visitors use our marketing site and platform. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.
08Third-Party Links
Our marketing site and platform may link to third-party websites, including payment providers and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites — review their own policies before sharing information with them.
09Children's Privacy
Listing360 is a business platform for real estate professionals and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
