01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Listing360 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and "you" refers to that organization as well as its authorized users.
02Description of Service
Listing360 is a real estate operations platform that helps brokers, developers, and valuers manage property listings, sales pipelines, client communication, and related workflows from a single system. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan and configuration.
We may add, change, or retire individual features over time as the platform evolves, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting your day-to-day use.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for Listing360. By registering on behalf of a brokerage, developer, valuer, or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
04Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff users you invite. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it up to date.
Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
05Acceptable Use
You agree to use Listing360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to publish fraudulent or misleading property listings, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- No uploading of content you do not have the right to share.
- No attempts to probe, scan, or bypass platform security controls.
- No use of the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications outside its intended messaging features.
06Subscription, Payment & Free Trial
Listing360 is offered on the published Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans described on our Pricing page, billed monthly or annually. New accounts begin with a 30-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is automatically charged to your saved payment method and billing continues on that cycle.
We accept Debit and Credit Card, BenefitPay, Tap Payment, and PayPal. All purchases are non-refundable once charged, including partial billing periods. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
07Intellectual Property
Listing360, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Wide Technology and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.
08Your Data & Content
You retain ownership of the listing, client, and business content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you — we do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not use it to train unrelated third-party models.
09Third-Party Integrations
Where you use integrated payment features (BenefitPay, Tap Payment, PayPal, debit/credit card processing) or messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS), those transactions and messages are also subject to the applicable third-party provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services outside our control.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing360 and Wide Technology are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, data, or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us during the six months preceding the claim.
12Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refund is issued for the remainder of that period. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, including non-payment or misuse of the service, generally after reasonable notice where practical.
Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it is deleted, in line with our standard data retention practices.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Our services may be processed and stored using cloud infrastructure providers located outside Bahrain, including infrastructure located in the United Kingdom.
14Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time as the platform and applicable requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we will notify account administrators directly. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
